Kevton Technologies: an online store, a repair desk and a back office
Kevton Technologies doesn't just sell hardware. They build custom gaming PCs and repair computers too. The website needed to sell products and generate leads for those other two services without feeling cluttered.
The brief
Three different kinds of customer come to Kevton: people ready to buy a laptop or monitor today, gamers who want a custom build, and people with a broken machine. Each needed a clear path, and the business needed a way to manage everything that came in.
What I built
- A full store with product categories, search, offers and a "hot deals" section to move stock.
- A dedicated "Request Custom PC Build" call to action in the main navigation, turning the highest-value enquiries into leads.
- A "Book Repair" path that feeds into the repair booking system.
- Trust builders across the site: best price guarantee, delivery, warranty, testimonials and a blog for search traffic.
- Behind the scenes, a back-office system for managing repair jobs, quotes, invoices, payments, warranties and parts.
Why it works
Every page has a clear next step, whether that's add to cart, request a build or book a repair. That makes the site ready for paid traffic: each ad can point to the exact path that matches what the person searched for.
