A repair booking page that turns visitors into repair tickets
People looking for a repair are usually stressed. Their laptop or console just broke, and they want to know two things: can you fix it, and how do I get started? This page answers both right away.
The brief
Kevton needed a page dedicated to repairs that could stand on its own as a landing page for ads, take bookings without back-and-forth phone calls, and cut down on "is my device ready yet?" enquiries.
What I built
- A multi-step repair booking form. Breaking it into small steps makes it feel quick, and more people finish it.
- A repair status tracker, so customers can check on their device without calling the shop.
- A deep blue and cyan design that feels technical and trustworthy, which matters when someone is handing over an expensive machine.
Why it works
A single-purpose page converts far better than a general homepage. When you run ads for "laptop repair", this is exactly where the click should land.
